What is Shop! Gift Shop® Plus?
Shop! Gift Shop® Plus is an exclusive wholesale marketplace connecting advertisers with retailers nationwide. Using this platform, advertisers can create a Passport and set up their storefront to be shopped directly by the Gift Shop® Plus audience.

How do retailers access Shop! Gift Shop® Plus?
Retailers are able to register for their own Shop! Gift Shop® Plus marketplace accounts and browse the marketplace, discover new products and place orders directly with the vendors.
How are retailers approved?
All vendors and retailers are subject to approval by Gift Shop® Plus. Once approved, vendors and retailers are able to access the Shop! Gift Shop® Plus marketplace unless their access is revoked.
How do I set up my storefront?
Once you’ve completed your Marketplace Agreement, you will be sent materials to walk you through the on-boarding process.
Setting up your storefront
- Prepare your product list (item name, SKU, short and long description, etc.)
- Upload that product info file and align data fields
- Prepare product images as specified
- Upload product images
- Add image(s) and answer questions about your preferred terms, payment, shipping, etc.
Can a company have multiple team members?
Yes, every individual will have their own Brandwise Passport connected to their business.
How do I load product and company data?
After you register your Brandwise Passport with Shop! Gift Shop® Plus, you will receive a full onboarding guide that walk you through the process of creating your storefront and uploading products.
How much does it cost to participate?
There are no upfront fees to join the Shop! Gift Shop® Plus marketplace. Once you are approved to join, you’ll have full access to the Shop! Gift Shop® Plus marketplace, and your onboarding will be supported by the Brandwise team to ensure a smooth process. At the end of each fiscal quarter, participating members will be billed a 3% transaction fee by Brandwise on orders generated through the Shop! Gift Shop® Plus marketplace.
What is a SKU?
SKU stands for “Stock Keeping Unit.” It may also be referred to as an item number, product number, item code or produce code.
What payment methods are accepted?
Vendors individually determine their own payment terms including credit card, Net30, Net60, etc. The Brandwise platform also provides a secure credit card structure. The retailer enters their credit information, which is tokenized. This token is then available through Stream in a PCI compliant manner.
How do I get paid on the orders I receive?
Brandwise does not process order payments. You will process credit card orders, and invoice those with terms. Shipping costs are not factored-in at the time of order; please add shipping costs before processing payments and completing an invoice.
How is contact information maintained?
All stakeholders, including retailers, salespeople, and suppliers maintain their own contact information through their Brandwise Passport. Your Brandwise Passport is separate from your Shop! Gift Shop® Plus profile and changes will not be reflected.
